How to book
Kitchen use & alcohol service
Kitchen use
- Kitchen access is only granted to State of Minnesota licensed caterers
- The caterer's license must be received and approved by our staff at least 30 days prior to your event
- We will not accept a license the day of the event
- Kitchen use fee: $300
- Kitchen use fee must be paid at least 30 days prior to your event
- Without kitchen access, we are not able to provide means of heating, refrigerating, or storing food
Alcohol
Alcohol service is available through our exclusive providers; outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Helpful information
- Refundable damage deposit required
- $1,000 for Shoreview room and entire Wedell Community room
- $500 for half of the Wedell Community room
- $500 for Haffeman pavilion
- Security guard required for weekend events that go past 7 pm
- $500 to extend until 11 pm; with one additional hour for clean-up
- 60 day notice required
- Kitchen use
- Must be Minnesota licensed caterer to use kitchen

- We do not provide linens, decorations, or stages
- Room rentals are available every day of the week
