- Kitchen use
- $300 fee
- Must be Minnesota licensed caterer to use kitchen
- Kitchen use fee and license must be received by our staff at least 30 days prior to event
- $1,000 refundable damage deposit required

Wedell community room
- Full room fits up to 250 guests
- Half room fits up to 100 guests
- Can be split into two rooms Sunday - Thursday
- Use any licensed caterer
- Alcohol service must be provided through Big 10 or Stonehouse Catering
- Kitchen use
- $300 fee
- Must be Minnesota licensed caterer to use kitchen
- Kitchen use fee and license must be received by our staff at least 30 days prior to event
- Refundable damage deposit required
- $1,000 for entire Wedell community room
- $500 for half of the Wedell community room
- Fees are subject to change
