Damage deposits

$100 damage deposit will be charged at time of booking
Damage deposit will be returned to you within two weeks of your event as long as all policies are followed and no damage is done to the room
We will keep all or part of your damage deposit if:
- Policies are violated
- You run over the reservation time
- There is an excessive amount of clean up needed
City may also charge actual costs for any damages caused to the facility
