  • Who can be on my family membership?

    Family consists of immediate family that includes 2 adults and children under 23 living in the same household.

  • Do we offer the health insurance reimbursements?

    Yes, the Community Center offers the reimbursements on the Annual Memberships for qualified members of BCBS of Minnesota and North Dakota, HealthPartners, Medica, Ucare, United Healthcare, and Preferred One. If you want to verify your eligibility, please contact your insurance carrier. We have forms you can fill out in our Sales Office if you do qualify.

  • How do I sign up for a membership?

    You can stop by the Community Center during business hours and a Manager on Duty can help you get started on your membership. If you are renewing a membership, you can do that online. Unfortunately, we cannot complete any memberships over the phone.

  • What is included in a membership?

    With a membership, you have access to our Fitness Center, Basketball Courts, Walking Track, Indoor Playground, and Pool. We also offer free equipment orientations with a personal trainer when you sign up for your membership.

  • Do Members receive any discounts on other services?

    Our Annual Members receive 30% off our Group Fitness Classes when you sign up for the session. Annual Senior Memberships can attend any of our SeniorFit Group Fitness classes for free as well.

  • Do I have to be a Shoreview resident to use the Community Center or become a member?

    No. Non-residents are welcome to use the facility and become members.

  • Is there an enrollment fee if I sign up for a membership?

    We do not have an enrollment fee or initiation fee with our memberships.

  • Can I try out of the facility before purchasing a membership?

    Yes, we have daily passes that you can purchase which is a great way to try out the facility.
