B.) Coconut Cove Private Party Room
Coconut Cove is a private party room located within Beachcomber Bay. With a beautiful underwater mural and view of Tropics Waterpark, it is the perfect setting for families looking for a quieter, more personalized party option.
Max capacity of 15.

MEETING/PARTY ROOMS (Bring your own food)
Each room accommodates 20 partygoers for 2 hours of party time; additional rooms may be rented to accommodate more. You may rent a room and bring in your own food. Daily passes are sold separately.

Regular Rental Fee: $45 Sales tax is not included.
Shoreview Resident Rental Fee: $30 Sales tax is not included.
Policies
Fees are subject to change. Tax not included. When using the pool, all children six years old and under must be supervised by a paid adult swimmer who is 18 or older. Supervisory adult must be within arms' reach of that child at all times.
POOLSIDE PARTY
Fridays and Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. Includes: -Wristbands for full day use of Tropics Indoor Waterpark and Indoor Playground -2-hours of private poolside party room for up to 50 people -Option to bring in your own food or purchase one of our meal deals -Free jumbo locker available for use

AFTER HOURS PRIVATE POOL PARTY
Private pool parties are available after regular business hours. Includes use of the Tropics Indoor Waterpark, gym facilities, and meeting rooms. A minimum payment is necessary to rent our facility for a private pool party. Prices are per person. * Minimum of 45 people required.

OVERNIGHT RENTALS
The Community Center is a great place for your group's overnight celebration! Overnight rentals include access to: Tropics Indoor Waterpark, gymnasium, meeting rooms and a staff person to assist you throughout your event. A minimum payment is necessary to rent our facility overnight. Prices are per person.
