The Shoreview Community Center offers a full spectrum of facilities and services to make your next off-site meeting or corporate function productive and memorable. Choose from several different meeting areas, two banquet rooms (one with a fireside lounge!) or our spacious board room. We are able to accommodate 20 people per room, depending on the arrangements. Retractable walls allow flexibility for accommodating large groups and seminars.
Please Note: A room reservation is required to have a birthday party at the Shoreview Community Center. If you do not have a room reservation you are welcome to come enjoy our facility; however, gifts, party favors, cake and decorations must be left at home.

Meeting rooms are rented in 2-hour blocks
Rates are listed per room for each time block rented
Rate for Shoreview Resident: $30 (50% of the group living in Shoreview.)Sales tax is not included.
Rate for Non-Shoreview Resident: $45 (Sales tax is not included)

Our Island Lake Room is comfortable and quiet, suitable for all your meeting needs. Enjoy the window lighting as well as the on-site audio visual equipment, including an interactive white board.

Haffeman Pavilion
It's not too early to reserve your space for a family picnic, company event, or graduation gathering at the Shoreview Pavilion. Picnic tables accommodate up to 125 people!

Picnic Shelter Rentals
Our parks are the perfect place for a small gathering or birthday party. Reserve a picnic shelter for your next event by calling 651.490.4790. Rental fee is $25 plus tax.
